Bloomthread Studio currently ships orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders placed through our online checkout. If a faster or alternative method is available, the exact cost will be shown before payment.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. local business time may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 4 to 8 business days. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is usually 5 to 11 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Delays

Address changes
