Return and Refund Policy

Return requests are accepted within 14 days after delivery. To start a return, contact us at harrispaulycxsh9373@gmail.com before sending any item back.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging where possible. Handmade-style decorative items may show small differences in shape, color, or finish; these are not defects.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at harrispaulycxsh9373@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before fulfillment starts. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return process above.
